  • Database setup and structure<\/li>\n
  • Structure of the files and relations outlined and finalized<\/li>\n

Architect Phase<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

  • List the file(s) and the relationships and define their types\/connections<\/li>\n
  • Define existing and needed relationships<\/li>\n

  • Web Structure and its integration with the Databases.<\/li>\n
  • Finalize number of HTML pages, templates, snippets, etc.<\/li>\n

  • Relationships: How files are linked and what kind of relation key is used.<\/li>\n
  • Fields: What information lives where Field formatslookups, lists, self-lookups, checkboxes, listings<\/li>\n
  • Related fields, portals, layouts, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Report layouts and automated scripting of reporting functions<\/li>\n
  • Other scripting Gee-whiz features:<\/li>\n
  • Easy navigation between fields<\/li>\n
  • Easy navigation between files and layouts<\/li>\n
  • Scripted finds, automated entries and calculations<\/li>\n
  • Making the most of FileMaker and database technology.<\/li>\n
