\nI have used the services of Michael Clasen for a number of years. He is extremely knowledgeable about various computer programs and always very reliable in handling assignments. My computer needs exceeded those of the average computer user. I was director of a savings and loan and head of the loan department. I also owned a mortgage banking company. These activities led me to use about 25 different computer programs and both a Macintosh and a PC. I had lots of problems with the programs but Michael always was able to bail me out.
